Meet the Doctor
Faro T. Owiesy, MD: the “Modern Old-fashioned Doctor”
PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE
Faro T. Owiesy, M.D. has been practicing medicine for 35 years. He is multispecialty and internationally trained including Family and Geriatric Medicine. Dr. Owiesy is Board Certified in Urgent care Medicine. His recent us-training includes Family practice at University of Texas Galveston (UTMB). He completed his Fellowship in Children and Adult Burn and reconstructive surgery at UTMB-Galveston, and Shriners Burn Hospital for Children in Galveston. He completed Fellowship in Neurology in Houston, Texas.
Dr. Owiesy completed his medical training and residencies in USA, Germany and Iran. His broad base experiences include working as a reconstructive micro-vascular hand surgeon. He has extensive experience in occupational trauma and war injuries. In Addition, he completed clinical fellowships in Esthetic Surgery in Duesseldorf/Germany.
Dr. Owiesy is notorious for being an advocate on behalf of his patients.
